Request to delete Fano account and data
Use this page if you have uninstalled Fano. We will email you after reviewing the request. If the app is still installed, you can delete the account immediately in Settings → Delete Account.
Note: We review web requests within 7 business days, then start a 30-day cooling-off period.
You can log in again within those 30 days to reactivate the account. After 30 days the account cannot be restored
and associated data is deleted, except records we must keep for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
